The following terms and conditions apply to and between Youkilele Pte. Ltd located in the premises of P.T. Flamboyan, Jalan Sawira N°1, Br. Anyar Kaja, 80361 Kerobokan Bali, Indonesia, hereafter designated as "Blue Glue", "we", "us", and "our", and every person wanting to purchase products from Blue Glue, hereafter designated as "you".

  1. Items
    Quality: All the items for sale are tested by Blue Glue's Quality Control service in order to certify their accordance to Blue Glue's stringent quality requirements.

    Description: We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the web site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
    We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been wrongly published, including prices and promotions.

    Sizes: Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

    Wrapping : Items are delivered wrapped in a gorgeous Free pouch!

    Discrepancies: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the web site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the colour of products.

  2. Prices
    Prices of Blue Glue products are harmonized worldwide, in shops and in our E-shop. At the time of the purchase, you will input your country of delivery to view item prices in your country, in the appropriate currency. Price indicated applies to the item delivered to your door, thus includes shipping cost. Prices are stated in Euro in the Euro zone, and in USD for other countries, based on a recent currency exchange value.

  4. Payment Methods
    Full payment is required before shipping; it is only effective when the funds are received net of charges in Blue Glue's bank account. You can pay your order via:
    Credit Card:
    We accept Visa and Master Card. All orders are subject to review and we reserve the right to request additional identification info. If we are unable to process your credit card payment, please check to ensure that you have entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. If the problem persists, please contact your credit card company.
    PayPal:
    Secured online payment via PayPal. We invite you to visit PayPal's web site at www.paypal.com for more information.

  5. Security:
    For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. Our payment system guarantees the security of online transactions as the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted.. For this reason, Blue Glue does not know the details of your credit card and is therefore not able to file or retain them in any way or form.

  6. Delivery Terms
    Orders are prepared from readily available stock; they are sent immediately upon reception of the full payment into Blue Glue's account. The shipping information (AWB) is sent to you by Blue Glue so you can track your order.

  7. Shipping
    We use International express courier services with estimated time of arrival within 3 - 5 working days to deliver to all countries as displayed on our web site at http://www.bikini-online-store.com/shipping.php
    This list might be subject to changes, thus, we invite you to check its update online.
    Courier do not accept addresses stated as P.O. Box; please state a street delivery address.
    Shipping is free of charge, and is the sole responsibility of Shipper, following its own terms and conditions. In case of problem or delay, please contact the Courier directly, as per the indication we supply upon delivery (Link to the courier's web page).
    If you are not at the indicated address at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.

  8. Tracking
    Use the shipping information, Airway Bill with the Tracking number sent to you by Blue Glue to track the status of your shipment.

  9. Conditions of Reception
    Products are guaranteed original and genuine. The invoice is the certificate of guarantee. Courier is responsible of delivering goods in the same quantity and state as per their pick-up. Upon reception, you are responsible of checking your parcel, and the integrity of the Blue Glue seal; any discrepancy such as damage or loss, should be escalated, and claimed directly to the courier.

    Any events, whatever they are, which evade Blue Glue's willpower (force majeure, strike, administrative decision, shipping problem, etc.) and which may affect the execution of the delivery, cannot be used against Blue Glue as a matter of cancellation of the order, neither can give you the right to claim for damage and interests.

  10. Documents
    We supply a commercial invoice only. We will not be held responsible to supply any additional document.

  11. Return & Exchange Policy
    Products terms of use are stated on care tags, as well as on our web site at http://www.blue-glue.com/exchange&claims_policy/ In the event that a product would not give you entire satisfaction, you can return it to us for an exchange, but you will pay the shipping costs for sending back the return and for receiving the replacement item, so please check the shipping costs involved.
    We accept returns of merchandise purchased only from our web site within 20 days from the date of shipment. Items returned should be in its original packaging, unworn, liner in place, and with all tags attached. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of any bottoms or swimwear that have been tried in direct skin contact.
    Reject resulting from a misuse will not be accepted by Blue Glue. Defects may be returned for servicing. Blue Glue will repair, exchange or refund by credit note, in the stated order, and will remain the sole party deciding of replacement terms.
    Sale items cannot be returned nor exchanged.

    Process for returning an item:
    Send an email to customercare@blue-glue.com listing your Name, Invoice Number, and the reference of the item(s) you would like to return.
    Please specify the reason (size or colour exchange), or send a photo if there is a defect.
    Our customer care will handle your claim within 48 hours.
    When your claim is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email, and return the item to us, along with all information stated above.

  12. Privacy Policy
    Personal data are mainly processed using automated tools and exclusively for the purposes indicated and the time strictly necessary for achieving the purposes for which they were collected.

    Specific safety measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illegal or incorrect use of them and unauthorised access to them. The necessary nature of supplying data is specified each time they are requested – with reference to the single pieces of information requested – at the time of each individual data collection, while the information is identified by a special character (*).
    Refusal to supply the data identified as being necessary makes fulfilling the main purposes of specific collection impossible

    Contact information from the order form is used as follows:
    - To bill your orders and track delivery.
    - Include you in our 'Blu-ettes' gift program via newsletter (submitted to your acceptance).

    Avoiding Fraud: "Phishing" or "Spoofing" refers to emails that appear to be from a legitimate company (often including the logo of that company) and request personal information such as credit card and bank account numbers or passwords. In reality, these emails are from an unauthorized and phony source. So there will never be any confusion:
    - Blue-Glue.com DOES NOT email you to verify your credit card number. You should NOT provide your credit card or password. In the instance that we need to contact you regarding your credit card, we will call you or e-mail you and request for you to contact us.
    - You should only submit credit card information to us when completing an order at our check-out page.

  13. Order Cancellation
    Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. In the event of unavailable stock situation, we will liaise with you by email to propose an agreeable alternative.

  14. Liability Limit
    You have to verify under your own responsibility that the products can be imported and used in the country of destination. You should be legally complying with your country's custom and tax administrations, and regulations. Some countries may collect customs duties and levies during the custom clearance process of the products. These additional charges have to be borne by you as the charges are imposed by the local customs, which we do not have any control of. Please contact your local customs office for further details on the charges.

  15. Ownership
    Blue Glue remains the sole owner of the merchandise until complete payment, and the ownership is transferred to you as soon as the payment is received.

  16. Enforceable Law
    You agree to be bound by the Sales Terms and Conditions of Blue Glue. The laws of Seychelles shall govern all contractual issues (in its respective legal jurisdictions) arising from the use of this web site. Should any dispute arise, it will be submitted and resolved by the competent court according to Blue Glue's Licensee rep office location.

  17. Trademark
    Youkilele Pte. Ltd. is a Licensee of Blue Glue trademark, and except expressly authorised, the use or misuse of any of the matters displayed on this website is strictly prohibited without obtaining the prior written consent from Youkilele Pte. Ltd. as it might also infringe on other intellectual property rights.
