At several steps of production each item is checked thoroughly by inline checkers, and lastly by the final checking team prior to shipment.
Blue Glue’s quality control department certifies that you will receive a duly checked and perfect item to meet our stringent and exacting quality requirements.

In the eventuality that you would not be completely satisfied with any product you can return it to us for an exchange, but before this, please check the shipping costs involved, as the shipping for returned or exchanged items will be at your own cost. (Click here for pop up info)

1. Time frame
Item should be returned within 20 days from the date of delivery.

2. Item Condition
returned or exchanged item should be in original condition, hang tags connected, hygienic liner in place, not worn, washed nor stained.

3. How to proceed: Please follow these easy steps:
Contact our customer-service department to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN), or an exchange authorization number (EAN) by e-mail at: sales@blue-glue.com
State your order date and invoice No, the items you are returning and the reason why (i.e. wrong size, did not like, damaged etc.).
We will then e-mail you a return or an exchange authorization number.
Ship your item/s at your own cost to:

a. For a return:
Upon reception of the returned item/s, we will promptly issue you a store credit valid for 6 months, as a coupon that you can use on your next purchase.
This coupon is valid for purchase of merchandise only, and the amount of item/s purchased should be at least same as the value stated on the coupon. The coupon is one time use only.
At your convenience within the 6 months period, you will email us the reference of the item of your choice and your coupon number on sales@blue-glue.com.
We will email you the corresponding amount of shipping, as the shipping is not free for returned & exchanged item/s. You will pay through the link: www.blue-glue.com/payments
Your items will be shipped immediately upon funds’ reception.

b. For an exchange
Upon reception of the item/s, we will promptly exchange and reship your replacement product/s.
We will send you an invoice you for the shipping cost - as shipping is not free for returned and exchanged items. If you have chosen a higher value for the exchange, we will invoice the difference.
Please make sure that the replacement item’s value is at least the same (or higher) than the replaced item. If you choose an item of lower value, you will loose the difference.

Note
We ask customers to follow the guidelines to ensure quick, efficient, and timely processing of your returns and exchanges. All returns must be shipped within 20 days from the date of delivery. In addition items returned without following the proper return and exchange procedures as outlined above are subject to an additional handling and restocking fee of 20%.
